How to Return

Please kindly pack the items as you receive, which include Return form, full accessories, full original packaging, attached tags & labels, user manual, stamps and/ or warranty cards, tax invoice and free gifts (if any) inside the return package to avoid loss. Customer has responbilities for the completeness of their return packages sent back to us. JR France declines to accept resposibilities for any loss and damage caused by transportation.

Besides, please don’t forget to take pictures and notify us within a week (from the delivery time) to support your return request

This is especially important if you return a product as old, having sign of use, damaged or incomplete.
Keep them in your records in case questions arise throughout the return process.
